Cancellations and Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of the date you received the item. If in its original condition we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Reed adjustment booklets are always non-refundable.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
